will find bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas. BEACH SET UP:
($300.charge paid to Owner) Upon request our CONCIERGE will set up
these items, plus beach towels, on the beach along with a cooler of
your favorite soft drinks. PET FRIENDLY, upon approval by owner
and $150. Pet Rental. (Call your Agent for details on all the above
features.) 5,200 sq. ft. of luxury, with 8 bedrooms, 7 with private
bathroom, and two 2 half baths, this home has a 4 stop elevator,
from driveway level. There are 2 King Bedrooms, 2 Queen Bedrooms,
1 bedroom with 2 Double beds, & 4 Twin bedrooms. The first floor
has a Powder Room, Laundry Room & Den w. wet bar with refrigerator,
dishwasher & ice maker. Covered porch to the Pool Area is accessed
through huge sliding doors. The Second floor has Living w
fireplace, 2 decks, dining room, Gourmet kitchen with island and
pantry wall, 2 dishwashers,

refrigerator. There is another powder room also. The Third Floor
features the Master Suite with King Bed, dressing area, private
balcony, Bath w large whirlpool tub, huge shower & double sinks.
There is also another washer & dryer and the 8th bedroom and a
front deck. The 12' x 24' Gunite pool is heated comfortably in
season, and throughout the "Off Season" to 102 Degrees F, for year
round use. The expansive pool deck has abundant outside furniture,
solid mahogany outside shower, and open air Bar/Cabana with service
refrigerator & Gas Grill. A true outdoor "Oasis Retreat". OFF
SEASON RATES: Full weeks or weekends from October to May $800. a
night, with a 3 night minimum, each additional night at $250. All
amenities with the exception of Beach Set Up and Grocery Delivery
are included. Seasoned firewood is included off season.
