| 2010 BEACH TAGS: Stone
Harbor and Avalon Beaches are open and guarded from 10 AM to 5 PM daily between
Memorial Day and the first week of September. Beach tags must be worn
by everyone aged 12 and older. They may be purchased at the Beach Tag
Booth in Stone Harbor at the Lifeguard Station, 95th & the Beach and at the
Avalon Booth outside Community Hall at 30th Street & the Beach. |

| BEACH REGULATIONS:
We ask that you refrain from any action likely to impair the welfare
of others. Alcoholic beverages, glass containers, pets and hardball
are strictly prohibited. These regulations are for your protection and safety.
Please cooperate with the instructions of your lifeguards and beach inspectors.

| PROTECTED BEACHES:
Bathing and swimming are permitted only at protected beaches where lifeguards
are on duty 10 AM to 5 PM, last weekend of May through the first weekend
in September. Use of rafts, surf boards, and catamarans are permitted only
at designated beaches. BOAT RAMP: Boat Ramps are located at 81st Street and the Bay in Stone Harbor and 53rd Street and the Bay in Avalon and are available seven (7) days a week. See attendant for launching fees and regulations. |
